All orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday will be shipped same day, orders placed after 12pm AEST will be shipped the next business day.
Unclaimed/Returned/Lost parcels
Unclaimed: if you fail to collect your item from your local post office, the parcel will be returned to our head office. If you would like this re-shipped to you, a shipping fee of $10 will be charged.
Incorrect Address: If the address entered is incorrect on your parcel and the parcel is returned to our head office. A shipping fee of $10 will be charged for us to resend this parcel.
Lost Parcels: If your shipment has been lost during transit, please contact our customer service team for help. We will lodge a query to our shipping partner to locate your parcel, please note it can take up to 4 business days to receive a response. If your parcel cannot be located, we will send you a replacement order.
Any unclaimed/returned parcels that you would prefer to have refunded instead of shipped, an $10 refund/admin fee will be applied.
Duties and Taxes on overseas shipments
Orders sent to outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are levied by the destination country. The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country of origin. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and customs policies do vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
