Shipping Policy

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We will process any order for which a residential or office delivery address is provided. We do not deliver to non-residential addresses (i.e., post office box, parcel locker, parcel pick-up service, or freight forwarding company).

The standard shipping delivery period is between 3 and 10 business days. *subject to courier partner service capability.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing, and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped.

Ultimé is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of any order caused by, or in any way connected with, any cause beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to transport delays and industrial disputes).


Unclaimed/Returned/Lost parcels

Unclaimed: if you fail to collect your item from your local post office, the parcel will be returned to our head office. If you would like this re-shipped to you, a shipping fee of $10 will be charged.

Incorrect Address: If the address entered is incorrect on your parcel and the parcel is returned to our head office. A shipping fee of $10 will be charged for us to resend this parcel.

Lost Parcels: If your shipment has been lost during transit, please contact our customer service team for help. We will lodge a query to our shipping partner to locate your parcel, please note it can take up to 4 business days to receive a response. If your parcel cannot be located, we will send you a replacement order.

Any unclaimed/returned parcels that you would prefer to have refunded instead of shipped, an $10 refund/admin fee will be applied.
